随着中国航天事业的发展,多型号并举、快速研制、高密发射和批量生产交付的高压高效研制生产局面已成为中国航天的新常态。因此,航天型号产品质量管理体系必须同步发展,需要从以差错纠正和局部预防为主的管理模式,迅速转变为“一次成功”为目标的系统全过程差错预防模式。在此背景下,为推动航天质量管理进入更加成熟的阶段,并使其在广度和深度上不断拓展和完善,创新尝试质量管理的新变革,建立了航天伺服产品研制全过程预防差错工作体系。伺服产品研制全过程预防差错工作体系的框架见图1。
With the development of China’s aerospace industry, the rapid development of high-pressure and high-efficiency development and production of multi-models, high-density launch and mass production has become the new normal of China’s aerospace industry. Therefore, the aerospace product quality management system must develop at the same pace. It is necessary to shift from a management model based on error correction and local prevention to a system-wide error prevention model with the goal of “one success”. Against this background, in order to promote aerospace quality management to a more mature stage and make it expand and perfected in breadth and depth, we try innovatively to try new changes in quality management, and set up a working system of error prevention in the whole process of developing aerospace servo products. Servo product development process error prevention system throughout the framework shown in Figure 1.
