本又根据双轴研磨机的运动特点,用计算机求出超精密研磨的某点磨粒在凸半球面上的运动轨迹,并用优化法分析及找出该机的三个运动速度组合最佳区,使球面轴承表面具有很小的表面粗糙度和在球面上有很好的圆度。
Based on the movement characteristics of the biaxial grinding machine, this paper uses the computer to find out the trajectory of a certain point of the ultra-precision grinding on the convex hemispherical surface. Using the optimization method to analyze and find out the best combination of the three moving speed of the machine , So that the spherical bearing surface has a very small surface roughness and spherical in a good roundness.
