中央财政赤字接近了警戒线,部分经济学家又多了一块心病。 根据财政部发布的2002年中央预算草案,2002年中央财政总收入安排10646亿元,比上年增长7.7％;中央财政总支出13744亿元,比上年增长10.1％。收支相抵后,中央财政赤字3098亿元,比上年增加500亿元,增幅为19.2％。由于财政赤字增幅过快,因此有学者提醒,“赤字坏账陷阱”
