目的建立便携式气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定工作场所空气中双氯甲醚的方法。方法工作场所空气中双氯甲醚样品以便携式GS-MS仪手持探头直接采集和检测。样品经SPB-1色谱柱分离,质谱检测器检测,以保留时间和特征离子定性,选择离子峰面积定量。结果方法线性范围为1.32~66.00μg/m~3,相关系数为0.999,检出限为0.66μg/m~3,定量下限为1.32μg/m~3,加标回收率为96.97%~112.12%,批内相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.12%~9.46%,不同批次样品的RSD为12.31%~19.05%。结论本研究建立的测定工作场所空气中双氯甲醚的便携式GC-MS法准确度较高,适用于工作场所空气中双氯甲醚的快速定性和定量检测。
Objective To establish a portable gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for the determination of diclofenac in workplace air. Methods Biclofenac samples in the air at the workplace were collected and tested directly using a portable GS-MS handheld probe. Samples were separated by SPB-1 column, detected by mass spectrometry detector, characterized by retention time and characteristic ions, and selected ion peak area. Results The linear range was 1.32 ~ 66.00μg / m ~ 3, the correlation coefficient was 0.999, the detection limit was 0.66μg / m ~ 3, the lower limit of quantification was 1.32μg / m ~ 3 and the recoveries were 96.97% ~ 112.12% , And the relative standard deviations (RSDs) within the batch ranged from 6.12% to 9.46%. The RSDs of different batches of samples ranged from 12.31% to 19.05%. Conclusion The established GC-MS method for the determination of diclofenac in the air of the workplace has high accuracy and is suitable for the rapid qualitative and quantitative detection of diclofenac in the air of the workplace.
