目的 :探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)对庆大霉素 (GM)肾毒性的治疗作用。方法 :雄性 Wistar大鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为实验组和对照组各 10只 ,两组均按每只 16 0 mg/ kg· d- 1肌注 GM9d;实验组于实验第 10天按 2 0 0 0 U/ kg· d- 1肌注 b FGF 9d,而对照组则注射等量生理盐水 ,让其自然恢复。所有动物均经心脏灌注固定后取肾皮质作光镜和电镜观察。结果 :实验组动物肾小管上皮细胞的恢复和再生明显优于对照组。结论 :碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对庆大霉素肾毒性有一定的治疗作用
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (b FGF) on the nephrotoxicity of gentamicin (GM). Methods: Twenty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 10 rats in each group. The rats in each group were intramuscularly injected with GM9d at the dose of 160 mg / kg · d-1. 0 0 0 U / kg · d-1 intramuscular injection of b FGF 9d, while the control group was injected with the same amount of saline, allowing it to recover naturally. All animals were fixed after cardiac perfusion and renal cortex for light and electron microscopy. Results: The recovery and regeneration of renal tubular epithelial cells in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group. Conclusion: Basic fibroblast growth factor has a certain therapeutic effect on gentamicin nephrotoxicity
