研究了非晶态(Fe_(1-x)Y_x)_(84)B_(16)合金的磁性及热处理对其磁性的影响。结果表明,(Fe_(1-x)Y_x)_(84)B_(16)合金不同于Fe-Y合金,几乎不存在磁矩分布的散磁结构。其交换涨落参数(δ)介于0.3~0.5之间。当样品晶化后,对x>0.1的样品出现四方相Y_2Fe_(14)B,使原耒的软磁性硬化,当x=0.25时,室温矫顽力可达4.6kOe。
The magnetic properties of the amorphous (Fe_ (1-x) Y_x) _ (84) B_ (16) alloy were investigated. The results show that (Fe_ (1-x) Y_x) _ (84) B_ (16) alloy is different from Fe-Y alloy and there is almost no magnetic structure with magnetic moment distribution. The exchange fluctuation parameters (δ) ranged from 0.3 to 0.5. When the sample is crystallized, the tetragonal phase Y_2Fe_ (14) B appears in the sample with x> 0.1, so that the soft magnetic properties of the original 硬 hardening, when x = 0.25, the coercivity of up to 4.6kOe at room temperature.
