以合金钢为样品,利用Cr I 520.8nm和Fe I 522.7nm谱线强度变化分析预烧蚀激光参数对纳秒532nm/1064nm正交预烧蚀双脉冲激光诱导击穿光谱(DP-LIBS)增强的影响,对实验条件进行了优化。结果表明在预烧蚀脉冲能量为70mJ,主烧蚀脉冲能量为100mJ,预烧蚀脉冲焦点距样品表面1mm,距主烧蚀脉冲光路1mm时,DP-LIBS具有最大光谱增强。Cr I 520.8nm谱线在30ms时光谱增强达到12.5,然后快速下降。最后初步分析了正交预烧蚀DP-LIBS光谱增强机理。
Taking the alloy steel as a sample, the pre-ablation of 532 nm / 1064 nm nanosecond double-pulsed laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (DP-LIBS) was enhanced by analyzing the pre-ablation laser parameters with the variation of the spectral intensity of Cr I 520.8nm and Fe I 522.7nm. The impact of the experimental conditions were optimized. The results show that DP-LIBS has the maximum spectral enhancement when the pre-ablation pulse energy is 70 mJ, the main ablation pulse energy is 100 mJ, the pre-ablation pulse focus is 1 mm away from the sample surface, and 1 mm away from the main ablation pulse light path. The Cr I 520.8nm spectrum intensifies to 12.5 at 30ms and then drops rapidly. Finally, the mechanism of orthogonal pre-ablation DP-LIBS spectrum enhancement is analyzed preliminarily.
