The category of laboratory construction and teaching equipment in primary and secondary schools is one of the important indicators for measuring the level of education in primary and secondary schools, the management of educational technology and equipment, the implementation of quality education, and the modernization of education. The determination of this indicator is usually based on feelings, impressions, and experience. This practice has the problems of unclear criteria, methods and procedures, inaccurate results, difficulty in operation, and subjective randomness. Faced with 182 central primary schools and 70 secondary schools in Fengrun District, how to identify them with uniform quantitative indicators is a difficult problem that has plagued us for a long time. Based on many years of practice, the author explored a clear and specific standard, methods, and procedures that were clear and the results were accurate.
