采用LSM对乳腺囊性增生病早期恶变细胞作了观察。结果发现在共焦反射激光扫描下细胞的异型性要比普通显微镜下更为清晰。在波长488nm,光强1mw的单色激光激发下,其胞浆内出现较明亮的自体荧光。光强为10mw时其自体荧光更强。这一特征可能为恶性肿瘤早期诊断提供重要依据。
LSM was used to observe the early malignant cells of breast cystic hyperplasia. The results showed that under the confocal laser scanning, the atypicality of the cells was clearer than the ordinary microscope. At a wavelength of 488 nm, a monochromatic laser with a light intensity of 1 mw excites brighter autofluorescence in its cytoplasm. When the light intensity is 10mw, its autofluorescence is stronger. This feature may provide an important basis for the early diagnosis of malignant tumors.
