目的了解北京市平谷区主要食品的化学污染物污染状况。方法检测按照国家标准GB/T 5009-2003执行,评价方法按照GB 2762-2012和GB 2760-2011执行。结果食品中重金属铅、镉、总汞、总砷检测采集生乳、玉米、白菜、大米和鲢鱼5类食品共70件样品,样品检测结果全部合格;亚硝酸盐检测采集熟肉制品和腊腌制品各20件,样品检测结果全部合格;合成着色剂(苋菜红、胭脂红、诱惑红、日落黄、柠檬黄、亮蓝)和防腐剂(山梨酸、苯甲酸)采集熟肉制品、腊腌制品、饮料、冷冻饮品和果冻5类60件食品,样品检测结果全部合格;甜味剂采集饮料、冷冻饮品和果冻3类20件食品,样品检测结果合格19件、不合格1件,为果冻中检测甜蜜素超标。结论北京市平谷区食品无明显化学性污染物污染。
Objective To understand the pollution status of chemical contaminants in the main foods in Pinggu District of Beijing. Method testing in accordance with national standards GB / T 5009-2003 implementation, evaluation methods in accordance with GB 2762-2012 and GB 2760-2011 implementation. Results A total of 70 samples of five kinds of foods including raw milk, corn, cabbage, rice and silver carp were collected from all the samples. Lead, cadmium, total mercury and total arsenic were detected in the samples. All the samples were tested. The nitrite samples were collected and cooked 20 samples of the product, the sample test results all qualified; synthetic colorants (amaranth, carmine, temptation red, sunset yellow, lemon yellow, bright blue) and preservatives (sorbic acid, benzoic acid) Pickled products, beverages, frozen drinks and jelly five categories of 60 foods, the sample test results all qualified; sweeteners collected beverages, frozen drinks and jelly three categories of 20 foods, the sample test results of 19 qualified, 1 failed, Detection of sodium cyclamate in the jelly exceeded. Conclusion Pinggu District, Beijing food no obvious chemical pollutants.
