在管子和电缆包皮的磁控氩弧焊中,有时要求采用非对称型钨极。通过对管子的焊接试验表明,钨极工作端型式不稳定,对接头质量影响很大。所以钨极变形参数应控制得十分准确。钨极非对称工作端采用打磨或手工热弯曲,都不能获得满意的效果。为了获得需要的钨极工作端的几何形状,研制了一台能改变钨极工作端形状的装置
In magnetron TIG welding of pipes and cable sheaths, asymmetric tungsten electrodes are sometimes required. Through the tube welding test shows that the working end of the tungsten electrode type is not stable, a great impact on the quality of the joint. Therefore, tungsten deformation parameters should be controlled very accurately. Tungsten asymmetric working end grinding or manual thermal bending, can not get satisfactory results. In order to obtain the required geometry of the tungsten working end, a device that changes the shape of the tungsten working end has been developed
