本文分析了目前国内外类似系统在使用中存在的问题。还介绍了依照大型结构物多点试验要求而研制的微计算机静态应变测量和数据处理系统的硬件及软件部分。在此系统软件中,设置参数和测量顺序以及测算结果全部表格化,明瞭易懂,简化人机联系,可供非专业人员使用。各种参数和测点顺序可随机设置,自动变换,灵活修改,以满足大型试验的多种复杂要求,在控制与处理方面形成独有的特点。本系统还可方便的改做一般大型工业生产中自动监测和数据处理用。图3幅,表8个,参考文献6种。
This article analyzes the existing problems in the use of similar systems at home and abroad. Also introduced in accordance with the requirements of multi-point test of large structures and micro-computer static strain measurement and data processing system hardware and software part. In this system software, setting parameters and measurement sequence and calculation results are all tabulated, plain and easy to understand, simplifying the man-machine contact, which can be used by non-professionals. A variety of parameters and measuring point sequence can be set randomly, automatically transform and flexibly modify to meet the complex requirements of large-scale test in the control and processing to form a unique characteristic.
