钟表式百分表示值误差超出规定值时,为了使它恢复应有的精度,应首先找出造成示值超差的原因,正确判断出现毛病的部位,才能针对存在的故障进行修理。从我们几年来的实践中,认为根据百分表的结构对示值误差出现的情况作具体分析,可以比较准确、迅速地查明产生超差的原因和故障的部位。由于百分表的示值变化过大或者灵敏性过低对示值的影响,会给示值误差分析带来困难,产生不正确的分析结果。所以在着手分析百分表示值误差以前,应排除影响示值变化和灵敏性的各种因素。根据同样理由,如有空程误差,也应事先予以消除。图1所示,为一种常见百分表的结构示意图。齿轮 Z_1为10齿;Z_216齿;Z_3100
