在北京新建火车站中,采用了35M × 35M双曲扁壳, 以及一些尺寸较小的扁壳。本文将扼要介绍35M×35 M扁壳的内力分析方法以及设计与施工中的各项问题。双曲扁壳系用差分计算法进行向力分析, 文中附有35 M×35M扁壳之计算步骤,并将其结果与其他计算方法进行了比较。本文对壳体及边缘构件之设计(包括在设计过程中考虑过的方案)作了简单的介绍。文中着重介绍了35M×35M扁壳边缘构件中之预应力拉杆的张拉步骤。壳体之施工,包括鹰架构连、马道布置、模板试压、浇灌混凝土次序拆模次序,以及在施工中所遇到的一些问题及解决的方法,也予以介绍。在施工过程中对壳体及边拱中的某些内力进行了测定及检验,并介绍其检验的方法与测定的结果。
In the new railway station in Beijing, 35M × 35M hyperbolic flat shells were used, as well as some smaller flat shells. This article will briefly introduce the internal force analysis methods and design and construction of 35M × 35 M shallow shells. The hyperbolic flat shells were analyzed by differential method for force analysis. The computational steps of the 35 M×35M flat shell were attached and the results were compared with other calculation methods. This article gives a brief introduction to the design of the housing and the edge components, including the ones considered during the design process. This article focuses on the tensioning step of prestressed tie rods in 35M×35M flat shell edge members. The construction of the shell, including the layout of the eagle’s structure, the layout of the horses’ track, the pressure test of the formwork, the order of demoulding the concrete in the sequence of pouring concrete, as well as some problems encountered in the construction and methods of solution, are also introduced. During the construction process, some internal forces in the shell and side arches were measured and tested, and the test methods and results of the tests were introduced.
