以6个BT型日本粳稻不育系和6个BT型江苏粳稻不育系为母本,与7个中国粳稻恢复系杂交,比较分析两类不育系12个性状的配合力。结果表明:与江苏不育系相比,日本不育系单株产量、垩白粒率的一般配合力较好,所配制的杂种多表现为早熟、穗多、结实率高、产量高、品质优等特点,但穗型一般较小、千粒重较低。亲缘关系较远可能是日本不育系与中国恢复系配组杂种优势较强的原因之一。据此,利用日本优质粳稻不育系陵风A与中国恢复系SIR218杂交,育成杂交中粳组合陵风优18。
Six combinations of BT type japonica CMS and six BT type Jiangsu japonica CMS lines were crossed with seven Chinese japonica restorer lines. The combining ability of twelve traits of two types of CMS lines was compared. The results showed that: Compared with the CMS line in Jiangsu, the general combining ability of single line yield and chalky grain rate of japonica CMS lines was better than that of CMS lines in Jiangsu Province. The hybrids exhibited more precocious, more panicle, higher seed setting rate, higher yield, higher quality Superior characteristics, but the panicle is generally smaller, lower weight thousand grain. Fetal relationships may be one of the reasons for the stronger heterosis between Japan CMS and China Restoration System. Therefore, using the high quality Japonica CMS line Fenglin A in China and the Chinese restorer line SIR218 in crossbreeding, the hybrid cultivar Zhongfeng You 18 was crossed.
