目的:探索神经型钙粘附蛋白(N-cadherin)在卵巢上皮性癌发生和进展中的作用及意义。方法:收集2007年6月~2014年1月在石河子大学第一附属医院妇产科进行初次手术切除的卵巢上皮性癌的卵巢部位肿瘤石蜡组织标本56例及转移瘤石蜡组织标本30例,另选取同期卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤石蜡组织标本30例为对照组。采用免疫组织化学En Vision两步法分别检测其N-cadherin的表达。结果:在卵巢上皮性良性肿瘤组织、卵巢部位肿瘤组织和转移瘤组织中N-cadherin的阳性表达率分别为10.0%、39.3%和63.3%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);转移瘤组织与卵巢部位肿瘤组织中N-cadherin的阳性表达率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);N-cadherin与卵巢上皮性癌的手术病理分期和组织分化程度有关(P<0.05),与患者年龄及组织学类型无关(P>0.05)。结论:N-cadherin可能是促进卵巢上皮性癌发生和进展的重要因素之一。
Objective: To explore the role and significance of N-cadherin in the occurrence and progression of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: From June 2007 to January 2014, 56 cases of ovarian tissue samples of ovarian epithelial ovarian cancer and 30 cases of metastatic tumor paraffin tissues were collected from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University. Select the same period ovarian epithelial benign tumor paraffin specimens of 30 cases as control group. Immunohistochemistry En Vision two-step method were used to detect the expression of N-cadherin. Results: The positive expression rate of N-cadherin in epithelial ovarian tumor, ovarian tumor and metastatic tissue was 10.0%, 39.3% and 63.3%, respectively. The difference between the three groups was statistically significant (P <0.05) ; The positive expression rate of N-cadherin in metastatic tumor tissues and ovarian tumor tissues was significantly different (P <0.05); N-cadherin was correlated with the pathological stage and histological differentiation of ovarian epithelial carcinoma (P < 0.05), not related to patient’s age and histological type (P> 0.05). Conclusion: N-cadherin may be one of the important factors to promote ovarian epithelial carcinogenesis and progression.
