本实验通过大鼠脑缺血区中生化代谢研究及离子代谢变化,证实环孢霉素A(CSA)对局部脑缺血再灌流损伤有明显的治疗作用,为CSA在治疗脑缺血再灌流损伤中的应用提供一定科学依据。1材料1.1 药物及试剂 环孢霉素 A(C62H111N11O12=1202.6)瑞士诺华制药有限公司生产,10%水合氯醛,生理盐水。1.2 动物 健康Wistar雄性大鼠100只,体重250-300g。2 方法 选用Wistar雄性大白鼠100只,体重250-300g,随机分为4组:缺血2h颈总动脉给CSA乳剂再灌流6h组;缺血2h颈总动脉给生理盐水再灌流6h组;缺血2h颈总动脉给CSA乳剂
