改革开放后,人力资源是经济社会发展重要资源,是组织生存和发展的核心资本。当前,随着我国事业单位改革的稳步推进,尤其是公路事业单位在人才的开发利用、梯队建设、培训发展等方面起着关键性作用。本文分析了当前公路事业单位人力资源管理存在的问题,提出了人力资源管理创新的发展模式,为提高公路事业单位力资源管理水平、夯实管理基础、完善人力资源培训开发体系和激励机制的健康发展做出贡献。
After the reform and opening up, human resources are an important resource for economic and social development and the core capital for the organization’s survival and development. At present, with the steady progress of the reform of public institutions in our country, especially the highway public institutions play a key role in the development and utilization of talents, echelon formation and training development. This paper analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in highway institutions and puts forward the development model of human resource management innovation. In order to improve the management level of human resource management of highway institutions, it consolidates the management foundation, improves the human resources training and development system and the healthy development of incentive mechanism make a contribution.
