运动员薪酬是影响整个竞技体育行业发展的核心因素之一。通过调查法、文献资料法等,对我国运动员薪酬构成体系及演进进行总结、分析、归类,发现存在偏重经济性薪酬、薪酬构成二元化、薪酬体系市场化程度不高及职业化发展趋势业已确立等特征。建议运动员薪酬设置遵循体现“以人为本”的核心理念、薪酬设计积极引进现代企业管理理念、保障运动员受教育权利、加强退役能力转换的培养、积极引进社会保障体系以及提高基础工资所占比重等基本发展路径,以促进我国体育事业的健康发展。
Athlete’s salary is one of the core factors affecting the development of the competitive sports industry. Through the investigation and literature review, this paper summarizes, analyzes and classifies the composition and evolution of Chinese athletes’ remuneration. It finds that there is a bias towards economic compensation, the dualization of remuneration, the low marketization of the remuneration system and the trend of professionalization Has been established and other characteristics. It is suggested that the remuneration of athletes should follow the core concept of “people-oriented”. The remuneration design actively introduces the concept of modern enterprise management, protects the rights of educating athletes, fosters the transformation of decommissioning ability, actively introduces the social security system and increases the proportion of basic wages.
