通过对冷弯弯头受力及应变的分析,参考国内外不同标准对于奥氏体钢管冷弯后固溶工艺的要求,结合实际生产中TP347HFG钢管冷弯后的性能变化,对TP347HFG材料钢管冷弯后固溶工艺提出了建议,为TP347HFG材料在超临界及超超临界机组上的推广应用提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the stress and strain of the cold bend elbow, referring to the requirements of different standards at home and abroad for the solution treatment of cold-formed austenitic steel pipe, combined with the performance change of cold-formed steel TP347HFG in actual production, The proposal of the solution treatment after bending is put forward to provide a reference for the popularization and application of TP347HFG in supercritical and ultra-supercritical units.
