Geospatial ability is one of the core competences to be achieved in geography education. There are many ways in which students can develop their geospatial capabilities, such as the use of geographic images, the application of multimedia technology, the use of psychological maps, the display of geography teaching molds, the organization of outdoor activities, and more. The author believes that the psychological map in the cultivation of students’ geographical space has a unique advantage, thus making a detailed analysis.
