本文探讨了尿碘表示的新方法。通过对51例健康学生连续三天24小时尿的观察,各时段平均排出的尿量、碘、肌酐、基本呈均匀分配。各时段尿碘直接用μg/L 表示,分别与24小时混合尿碘浓度比较,晚时段尿可代表全日尿。各个体间虽有差异,但样本数≥50时,差异可以忽略不计。其他时段尿碘浓度与全日尿虽有一定差异,相对偏差<20%,其中上午时段相对偏差<10%。实验结果表明,采集晚或晨间一次随机尿,直接用μg/L 表示尿碘结果,并同时报告人群尿碘浓度的分配频数,可以取代用肌酐校正的方法
This article explores the new method of urinary iodine representation. Through the observation of 51 healthy students for 24 hours in three consecutive days, the urinary output, iodine and creatinine in each time period were evenly distributed. Urinary iodine directly in each period expressed as μg / L, respectively, compared with the 24-hour mixed urinary iodine concentration, urinary hour can represent all day urine. Although there are differences among individuals, but the number of samples ≥ 50, the difference can be ignored.
