Tumor metastasis mainly through the lymphatic system, if the anti-cancer drugs can selectively target lymphatic transit, the chemotherapy is very meaningful. Recent studies have shown that the use of Microsphere emulsions as drug carriers increases the accumulation of anti-cancer drugs in the lymph. The authors studied the absorption of the anti-cancer drug bleomycin (BLM) in the large and small intestine of rats. Mixed micelles of lipid monooleate and surfactant sodium taurocholate are used as absorption inducers to promote poorly-absorbed drugs.
