防止大坝混凝土裂缝,一直是水利水电工程建设中的重要课题。也是提高质量,缩短工期,降低造价的重要课题。当前混凝土坝的温控防裂方法,采取予降温措施,薄层浇注,控制基础温差,达到混凝土防裂之目的。但受气温变幅影响,仍不能完全控制裂缝发生。本文拟从白山大坝裂缝发生原因和发展规律,探讨混凝土的防裂方法,施工方法和管理方法等方面的问题。
Preventing concrete cracks in the dam has been an important issue in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects. Also improve quality, shorten the construction period, reduce the cost of an important issue. The current temperature control of concrete dam anti-cracking method, to take cooling measures, thin-layer casting, control the basic temperature difference, to achieve the purpose of concrete crack-proof. However, due to temperature fluctuations, still can not completely control the occurrence of cracks. In this paper, we will discuss the causes and development rules of cracks in Baishan Dam, and discuss the problems of cracking prevention methods, construction methods and management methods of concrete.
