在总压为5X10~(-5)托并含有少量氮的氩气中,用能量为500伏、束流为5微安的氩离子轰击镍(001)表面,获得了一个吸附着氮的镍表面。低能电子衍射观察表明,吸附在镍(001)表面上的氮形成了类似于氧和碳吸附(偏析)在镍(001)表面上所产生的 P(2×2)结构。对氮吸附在镍面上的键的本质进行了初步的探讨。
In argon gas with a total nitrogen pressure of 5 × 10 -5 Torr and containing a small amount of nitrogen, the nickel (001) surface was bombarded with argon ions having an energy of 500 V and a beam current of 5 μA to obtain a nickel-adsorbed nickel surface. Low-energy electron diffraction observation showed that nitrogen adsorbed on the nickel (001) surface formed a P (2x2) structure on the nickel (001) surface similar to the adsorption of oxygen and carbon (segregation). The nature of the bond of nitrogen adsorbed on nickel surface was discussed.
