通过测量非晶NixZr_(1-x)(x=0.24、0.36、0.50、0.60)合金从4.2到300K的热电势,我们首次发现在了20K附近,其热电势率S出现谷值。我们认为这与自旋玻璃的行为有关;并且还发现了Baibich(1983)提出的二成分模型并不完全通用于Ni-Zr这样的非晶合金。
By measuring the thermoelectric potential from 4.2 to 300 K for the amorphous NixZr_ (1-x) (x = 0.24,0.36,0.50,0.60) alloys, we first found that the thermoelectric power S has a valley near 20K. We think this is related to the behavior of spin-glass; and we also find that the two-component model proposed by Baibich (1983) is not completely universal for amorphous alloys such as Ni-Zr.
