目的:创建和谐心胸外科护患关系,以提高临床护理质量。方法:通过提高医护人员自身素质与医院整体医疗水平,并且加强医护人员与患者及其家属的交流沟通,建立起良好的护患关系,提高临床护理质量。结果:在医护管理水平不断提高的基础上,经过医院与患者双方的相互理解与沟通,明显改善了医患关系,提高了护理质量。结论:尽管如今医疗技术手段不断在改进,患者的治愈率也得到了很大的提高,但医患关系紧张依旧是一个棘手的问题。为了进一步提高患者的治疗效果,文章概述了如何创建和谐心胸外科护患关系,以提高临床护理质量。
Objective: To establish a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients in cardiothoracic surgery to improve the quality of clinical nursing. Methods: To improve the quality of clinical nursing by improving the quality of medical personnel and the overall medical care in the hospital, strengthening the communication between medical staff and patients and their families, and establishing a good nurse-patient relationship. Results: On the basis of continuous improvement of medical care management and mutual understanding and communication between hospitals and patients, the relationship between doctors and patients was significantly improved and the quality of nursing was improved. CONCLUSIONS: Despite the improvements in medical technology and the improved cure rate of patients, the tension between doctors and patients is still a thorny issue. In order to further improve the therapeutic effect of the patient, the article outlines how to create a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients in order to improve the quality of clinical nursing.
