四肢恶性肿瘤可发生于任何年龄,以青少年多见。传统的治疗方法是高位截肢等,虽然尽可能地彻底切除了原发病灶,但不能同时消灭亚临床微小病灶,因而预后很差,5年生存率仅为20%左右。随着化疗药物的飞速发展和医疗技术不断提高,我组1982～1988年综合治疗四肢原发性恶性肿瘤65例取得了满意效果,将5年生存率提高达67.92%。综合疗法包括术前后周身化疗、动脉区域灌注灭活再植、体内切刮灭活法及截肢等。
Malignant tumors of the limbs can occur at any age and are more common in young people. The traditional treatment method is high amputation. Although the primary lesion was completely resected as much as possible, it can not eliminate subclinical microlesions at the same time. Therefore, the prognosis is very poor, and the 5-year survival rate is only about 20%. With the rapid development of chemotherapeutic drugs and the continuous improvement of medical technology, our group achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of 65 cases of primary malignant tumors of the extremities from 1982 to 1988, raising the 5-year survival rate to 67.92%. Comprehensive therapies include preoperative and postoperative peripheral chemotherapy, arterial regional perfusion inactivation, replantation, in vivo scraping and inactivation, and amputation.
