Internal concept therapy is a psychotherapy method introduced into Japan from Japan in recent years. However, its internal meaning is derived from the introspective point of view that “the gentleman does not care about her body” in the Analects of Confucius in China. That is to say, through the introspection, the help seeker regains his awareness of the problems that existed in his previous contacts with others so as to solve the problems of human relations and the psychological distress caused by the irrational factors in his character and life experience. The following “bad temper and nail” story intuitively illustrates the specific application of internal therapy. Once upon a time, there was a very bad temper boy. One day, his father gave him a large bag of nails, requiring him to use his hammer to nail a nail on the fence in the backyard of his house for every temper. On the first day, the little boy nailed 37 nails on the fence.
