在研究国内外文献和详细的理论分析基础上 ,推导了二代热成像系统的三维噪声模型 ,将系统噪声按时间、空间水平和垂直三维空间划分为 7个噪声项 ,论文分析了各噪声因子的含义 ,给出了计算方法。模型的计算结果与实验测试及FLIR92计算结果具有较好的一致性 ,初步验证了建立的三维噪声模型 ,在建立完整的二代热成像系统性能评估模型方面取得了进展。
Based on the study of domestic and foreign literatures and detailed theoretical analysis, the three-dimensional noise model of the second-generation thermal imaging system is deduced. The system noise is divided into seven noise items by time, space horizontal and vertical three-dimensional space. The paper analyzes the noise factors The meaning of the calculation method is given. The calculated results of the model are in good agreement with the experimental results and the results of FLIR92. The three-dimensional noise model is verified preliminarily, and the progress has been made in the establishment of a complete second-generation thermal imaging system performance evaluation model.
