目的:通过对野生和栽培密银花品质进行对比分析,为密银花的质量评价提供科学依据。方法:以性状鉴别法和显微鉴别法分别比较2类密银花的性状特征和显微特征;采用中国药典方法测定有效成分绿原酸、木犀草苷含量;DNA分子标记鉴定不同品种的金银花。结果:野生与栽培密银花的性状特征、显微特征、绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量存在差异;对密银花PCR反应体系和扩增程序进行了优化,并从11对引物中筛选出1对具有鉴别意义的引物。结论:实验结果可为密银花药材质量的综合评价提供科学依据。
Objective: To compare the quality of wild and cultivated honeysuckle, provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of honeysuckle. Methods: The traits and microscopic characteristics of two kinds of honeysuckle were compared by trait identification and microscopic identification. The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin were determined by Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The DNA molecular markers were used to identify the honeysuckle . Results: The traits, microscopic features, contents of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in wild and cultivated honeysuckle flower were different. The PCR reaction system and amplification program were optimized and screened from 11 pairs of primers Out of a pair of discriminating primers. Conclusion: The experimental results can provide a scientific basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of the honeysuckle flower.
