中韩两国一衣带水,具有悠久的经济、社会、文化交往历史,二战后的冷战使两国关系一度处于隔绝状态,直到1992年中韩外交关系才恢复正常,这符合时代发展的潮流,对两国具有深远的现实意义。此后,中韩两国的贸易方式由间接贸易转为直接贸易,贸易规模迅速扩大,当前彼此成为重要的经贸合作伙伴。至2012年,中韩两国经贸合作已走过20年的历程,双方在取得辉煌成就的同时,亦面临诸如贸易不平衡、投资不足、知识产权纠纷、海洋权益争端等诸多方面的问题。这要求中韩两国政府、企业及社会各界密切协作,坚持平等互利的原则共同应对挑战,进一步提升中韩经贸合作水平,加快推进中韩自由贸易区的早日实现,为中韩经贸关系谱写新的篇章。
China and South Korea have a long history of economic, social and cultural exchanges. After the Second World War, the Cold War made the relations between the two countries isolated for a time. Until 1992, the diplomatic relations between China and South Korea returned to normal. This is consistent with the trend of development of the times. The country has far-reaching practical significance. Since then, the trade patterns of China and South Korea have shifted from indirect trade to direct trade, and the scale of trade has rapidly expanded. At present, they are each other’s major economic and trade cooperation partners. By 2012, the economic and trade cooperation between China and South Korea has gone through 20 years of history. While making brilliant achievements, both sides are also facing many problems such as trade imbalances, under-investment, intellectual property disputes and disputes over maritime rights and interests. This calls for close cooperation between the governments and enterprises of all countries in China and South Korea and all sectors of society, upholds the principle of equality and mutual benefit to jointly meet the challenges, further enhances the level of economic and trade cooperation between China and South Korea, accelerates the early realization of a free trade zone with China and South Korea, and writes a new record for the economic and trade relations between China and South Korea Chapter.
