作者对几种干燥商品食品如麦芽,速溶脱脂乳粉,含有乳粉的婴儿食品,速溶咖啡,汤及汤的主要成分,婴儿麦片中的挥发性N-亚硝胺含量作了测定和研究。方法采用减压蒸馏,接着用二氯甲烷萃取馏出液,然后用酸性缓冲液清洗,通过无水硫酸钠干燥,用KD浓缩器浓缩,使用GLC-TEA(带有热能分析器的气液色谱)分析。检测极限为0.1~0.5ppb,全部麦芽样品(22份)和全部速溶脱脂奶粉(11份)二甲基亚硝胺(NDMA)均为阳性,平均含量分别为7.4ppb(1.3~67.0ppb)和0.4ppb(0.3~0.7ppb)。3/20的干汤和5/10速溶咖
The authors measured and studied the volatile N-nitrosamines content in infant cereals, the major component of several dry goods such as malt, instant skim milk powder, baby food products containing milk powder, instant coffee, soups and soups. The method employed vacuum distillation followed by extraction of the distillate with dichloromethane followed by acidic buffer, drying over anhydrous sodium sulfate, concentration with a KD concentrator using GLC-TEA (gas-liquid chromatography with thermal analyzer )analysis.
