施工企业管理活动的接口是指两个以上的管理活动的连接处和相互间兼容点。每一个管理体系内或不同环节之间,都存在着管理活动的衔接点。不难看出,对衔接处的接口管理是管理工作的重点和难点。原因是:施工企业流动性大,产品多变,生产工艺特殊,管理接口多而且复杂。从目前施工企业的实践看,如果管理体系不规定接口的控制和协调措施,对应的管理体系在运行中必然会产生后项管理活动因为前
The interface of construction enterprise management activities refers to the connection points and compatibility points between two or more management activities. Within each management system or between different links, there is a convergence of management activities. It is not difficult to see that the interface management at the convergence point is the focus and difficulty of management. The reasons are: construction companies have large liquidity, varied products, special production processes, and many management interfaces. From the current practice of construction companies, if the management system does not stipulate the control and coordination measures of the interface, the corresponding management system will inevitably lead to subsequent management activities.
