我们试验探索出一种平菇栽培的新模式,其特点:①周期短,发菌25～30天,出菇50～60天,整个生产周期不超过90天.②产量高,1kg料可产1.5kg菇,比普通种法高出一倍.③空间利用率高,一间15m~2出菇室,一个周期可种1500kg料,产2250kg平菇,全年完成五个周期,总产量11250kg,比一般种法利用率提高4倍多.该栽培新模式分发菌、搭架、出菇三个阶段.(一)发菌为节约用房,发菌可在室外进行,菌丝发好后,再搬入出菇室.为保证发好菌,掌握以下几个环节.
