三氯醛糖或戊巴比妥钠麻醉狗,应用肾脏对肌酐及对氨基马尿酸的清除率测定其肾小球滤过率及肾血流量。对照组(10只狗)2小时内的肾脏血流动力学各项数值均无显著变化。给药组(10只狗)静脉注射蘿芙木硷0.25毫克/公斤后血压急速下降,尿量减少,肾小球滤过率及肾血流量均显著减低,但肾小球滤过部分则不变。肾血管阻力增大。以上变化于2小时后随血压之回升而恢复,降压较缓较弱者则变化不显著,因此这些现象也可能是血压骤降所继发的一种暂时性抑制。
