分别以乙醇-水、乙二醇-水、乙二胺-水作为介质,对Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3纳米荧光粉进行水热改性。用X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜及荧光光谱研究荧光粉的相结构、形貌和光致发光性能。结果表明:用3种介质水热改性可明显改善Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3纳米荧光粉的分散性,得到球形纳米晶,颗粒尺寸在50 nm左右;水热改性后,Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3纳米荧光粉的光致发光性能均高于未改性样品的,以乙二醇-水为介质水热改性后,荧光粉的光致发光性能得到显著增强。
The Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3 nano-phosphor was hydrothermally modified with ethanol-water, ethylene glycol-water and ethylenediamine-water respectively. The phase structure, morphology and photoluminescence properties of the phosphors were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy. The results show that the hydrothermal modification of Eu0.12Y1.78La0.10O3 nanoparticles can improve the dispersibility of the nanocrystalline phosphor. The spherical nanocrystals can be obtained by hydrothermal modification with three kinds of media. The size of the particles is about 50 nm. After hydrothermal modification, Eu0.12Y1. The photoluminescence properties of 78 La0.10 O3 nano-phosphor are higher than those of unmodified sample. The photoluminescence properties of the phosphor are significantly enhanced by the water-heat modification of ethylene glycol-water.
