本文研究了转双价基因棉对棉田主要捕食性天敌异色瓢虫、草间小黑蛛生长发育的影响。结果表明,分别用双价棉、Bt棉和常规棉的棉叶饲养的棉蚜混合群体饲喂异色瓢虫4龄幼虫,其日最大捕食量前两者分别比后者增加22.9%和11.3%;幼虫发育到蛹的历期,两种转基因棉处理分别比常规棉处理缩短0.6d和0.2d;发育到成虫的时间,两种转基因棉处理分别比常规棉处理缩短0.6d和0.1d;成虫体重分别为30.9mg、32.2mg、32.9mg。分别用双价棉、Bt棉和常规棉的棉叶饲养的棉铃虫连续饲喂草间小黑蛛,试验结果表明,双价棉处理的棉铃虫饲喂的草间小黑蛛的单雌产卵量比常规棉处理的增加9.2%,Bt棉处理的产卵量比常规棉处理的减少7.4%;双价棉处理的棉铃虫饲喂的草间小黑蛛的死亡率比常规棉处理减少42.9%,Bt棉处理的比常规棉处理的减少16.5%。
In this paper, we studied the effects of transgenic cotton on the growth and development of the dominant predators in the cotton field. The results showed that the 4th-instar larvae of C. aurantii mixed with cotton aphids fed cotton with Bt cotton and Bt cotton, respectively, had the maximum daily predation of 22.9% and 11.3 %; The larvae developed into pupal period, the two transgenic cotton treatments were 0.6d and 0.2d shorter than the conventional cotton treatment respectively. When they developed into adults, the two transgenic cotton treatments were 0.6 and 0.1d shorter than the conventional cotton treatment respectively; Adult weight were 30.9mg, 32.2mg, 32.9mg. The cotton bollworm (Bt cotton) and cotton boll weevil (Bt cotton) were fed on the black spider moths continuously. The results showed that the single female Compared with conventional cotton treatment, the amount of eggs laid in Bt cotton decreased by 9.2% compared with that of conventional cotton treatment, and that of cotton budworm fed cotton treated with double-price cotton bollworm decreased than that of conventional cotton treatment 42.9%, Bt cotton treatment than the conventional cotton treatment decreased by 16.5%.
