目的探究公安刑技人员工作倦怠、工作压力源、离职意愿和工作满意度的相互影响。方法采用修订的工作倦怠、工作压力源、离职意愿、工作满意度量表,对8省783名公安刑技人员进行调查分析。结果1公安刑技人员工作自主性缺乏、角色模糊、工作负荷对降低的工作效能影响显著;2工作自主性缺乏、工作负荷对情感耗竭影响显著,工作负荷对疏离影响显著;3情感耗竭、降低的工作效能对工作满意度有影响作用;4情感耗竭、疏离对离职意愿影响作用明显。
Objective To explore the mutual influence of job burnout, job stressors, job separation intention and job satisfaction of public security officers and technicians. Methods A total of 783 public security and criminal technologists in 8 provinces were investigated and analyzed using revised job burnout, sources of work stressors, intention to resign, and job satisfaction scales. Results 1 The lack of job autonomy and ambiguous roles of public security officers and technicians had a significant impact on the reduced work efficiency; 2 the lack of work autonomy, the significant impact of work load on emotional exhaustion, and the significant impact of work load on alienation; 3 the emotional exhaustion decreased The effectiveness of work has an impact on job satisfaction; 4 emotional exhaustion, alienation of the intention to leave the obvious effect.
