现代社会高速发展,人民群众在重视物质享受的同时,也逐渐开始重视精神层次的提升。瑜伽作为强调身体与心灵合一的学问,它内容丰富多彩,包容万象,追求“天人合一”的至高境界,是一种启迪心智、愉悦身心的运动。正是在这种大背景下,瑜伽在整个社会上风靡,它也开始走进高校,成为高校体育中的一门重要课程,受到学生的广泛欢迎。但是,处于发展完善时期的瑜伽教学在授课质量和课程普及方面,还是远远地不能满足高校学生的要求,本文旨在通过分析我国高校瑜伽教学的现状,针对其存在的问题,在教学环境、教学理念等方面提出相应的优化策略,以促进瑜伽在我国高校中更好地发展和传播。
With the rapid development of modern society, people attach more importance to material enjoyment and gradually begin to attach importance to spiritual level improvement. It has also started to enter colleges and universities and has become an important course in college sports. It is widely welcomed by students. However, in the period of perfect development, the teaching of yoga is still far from meeting the requirements of university students in terms of teaching quality and popularity. This paper aims to analyze the current situation of yoga teaching in colleges and universities in our country, Teaching philosophy and other aspects of the corresponding optimization strategies to promote yoga in our colleges and universities to better develop and disseminate.
