为进一步探讨变革型领导、安全氛围与安全结果的关系,在前人研究基础上,提出研究假设并建立变革型领导、安全氛围与安全结果的多层中介模型,并对某大型油田一线员工进行问卷调查,基于调查得来的67个班组613份有效数据,采用多层结构方程模型(SEM)分析验证中介机制模型。结果表明,团队层面变革型领导行为正向影响安全氛围;安全氛围正向影响个体层面安全结果;团队层面变革型领导行为通过正向影响安全氛围进而对安全结果产生积极影响。
In order to further explore the relationship between transformational leadership, safety climate and safety outcomes, based on previous studies, we propose a multi-level intermediary model that studies hypotheses and builds transformational leadership, safety climate and safety outcomes. Questionnaire, based on 613 valid data from 67 teams and groups surveyed, the intermediary mechanism model was analyzed and verified by using multilayer structural equation model (SEM). The results show that the transformational leadership behavior at the team level positively influences the safety climate; the safety climate positively affects the individual safety results; and the team-level transformational leadership behavior positively affects the safety outcome by positively affecting the safety climate.
