研究了H13钢淬火冷却工艺对其韧性的影响及其原因。结果表明,采用二级盐浴分级淬火冷却比采用一级盐浴分级淬火冷却和空冷淬火能更有效地减少H13钢热处理后的“贝氏体脆性”,获得更高的韧性和更小的变形。
The effect of quenching and cooling process of H13 steel on its toughness and its reason were studied. The results show that the use of two-stage salt bath classification quenching than the use of a first-class salt bath classification quenching and air-cooled quenching H13 steel can reduce heat treatment more effectively after the “bainite brittleness” to obtain higher toughness and less deformation .
