1997年在江苏省灌云县烟草中进行了吡虫啉的残留试验。烟草中残留的微量吡虫啉经过溶剂提取, 柱层析纯化, 进行高效液相色谱分析。色谱柱为 Spherisorb C18 (10 μm ) 250 m m ×46 m m ( I D); 甲醇、乙腈、水的混合液为流动相 (1m L/m in); 紫外检测波长为245 nm 。样品的添加回收率为8734% ~9275% ; 最低检测浓度为001 m g/kg。试验结果表明,吡虫啉在烟草中的消解半衰期为3~4 d 左右, 喷药一个月后, 最终残留量均低于001 m g/kg。
In 1997, we conducted a residue test of imidacloprid in tobacco in Guanyun County, Jiangsu Province. Trace amounts of imidacloprid remaining in tobacco were extracted by solvent and purified by column chromatography for high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Spherisorb C18 (10 μm) 250 μm × 4.6 μm (ID). The mobile phase consisted of methanol, acetonitrile and water (1 m L / min). The UV detection wavelength was 245 nm. The recovery rate of samples was 8734% ~ 9275%. The lowest detection limit was 001 m g / kg. The results showed that the half-life of imidacloprid in tobacco was about 3 ~ 4 days, and the final residues were all below 001 m g / kg after one month spraying.
