在食用菌产业化生产形式下,栽培中出现的病虫侵害以及高毒农药的施用,所造成残留超标问题严重制约着食用菌产业的健康发展。文中列出当前主栽品种与相关病虫侵害程度关系、环境温度与病虫发生危害关系及病虫综合防治技术措施;提供了国内登记的食用菌病虫害防治农药名称和使用方法。提倡在农业防治的基础上,选用国家登记农药对症下药,在防治病虫害的同时,保证产品的安全性。
In the form of industrialized production of edible fungi, the occurrence of pests and diseases in cultivation and the application of highly toxic pesticides have seriously hampered the healthy development of the edible fungus industry. The article lists the current cultivars and the relationship between the degree of pest damage, the relationship between the temperature and pests and diseases and pests and diseases prevention and control of integrated technical measures; provided a registered edible fungus pest control pesticide names and methods of use. Advocated on the basis of agricultural control, the use of state registration of pesticides to prescribe the right medicine, pest control in the same time, to ensure product safety.
