用40、60ppm 2,4-D和水(对照),对具5叶同等伸育的云抗43号茶树枝条慢浸处理12小时后,从休止芽往下分别剪成第二、第三和第四叶位的短穗进行扦插。扦插二个月后观测表明,经2,4-D处理后,能改变插穗的生长规律和生长节奏,能显著地促进根系生长而抑制新梢生长。不同叶位的短穗经不同浓度的2,4-D处理后,表现的促进根系生长和抑制新梢生长的效应有差异,表明不同叶位的短穗其适宜2,4-D的浓度是不同的。不同叶位的短穗扦插后,发根能力以第四叶位的为最强,以第三叶位较弱,这可能与品种特性及枝条状况有关。用整个枝条进行植物生长调节剂的慢浸处理,用药量低且省工易行,可在生产上应用。

Plant growth regulators with the entire branches of the slow-dip treatment, low dosage and easy to work, can be applied in production.
