集中监控系统可以实时监控整个激光质谱系统的运行状态,质谱系统中多种串行设备通讯实时性较低,为了提高集中监控系统的实时性及稳定性,开展了多串行协议转以太网通讯网桥的研制工作。此通讯网桥采用了多线程技术与模块化结构相结合的编程方法,利用了嵌入式系统相关技术,可将多种串行协议数据格式同时转换为以太网协议数据格式,实现实时通讯转换功能,解决了激光质谱系统中多串口设备通讯实时性低的问题。该通讯网桥已成功应用于激光质谱试验中,结果表明,它具有实时性高、稳定性强及扩展性好等特点,可以大大提高激光质谱集中监控系统的性能,为激光质谱系统的稳定、可靠运行提供了一定的技术支持。
