为了便于小零件的划线工作,我们设计了小零件划线虎钳,它由转轴、转座、虎钳和基座等组成,其结构见附图。使用时,零件可沿固定钳口移动,并绕垂直轴线转动,找到合适位置后,用活动钳口夹紧。虎钳2连同零件又可绕转轴1转动,用滚花螺钉3调整好位置后,可用螺母4将虎钳压紧在转座5上。此外转座、虎钳和零件还可绕基座6上的转轴7转动,待零件找正后,锁紧转座5上的两个螺母。这样,零件在三个转轴方向上全部找正了,只要翻动划线虎钳,就可对零件三个直角坐标方向进行划线了。
