以10a生、20a生的库尔勒香梨树为试验材料,在不同果实负载量处理下测定叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量、淀粉含量及叶绿体超微结构的观察,综合分析了不同负载量对库尔勒香梨光合效率的影响。结果表明,2种树龄在高负载量下叶片光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和淀粉含量均高于低负载量。果实高负载量条件下,叶绿体的数量和叶绿体的大小均高于低负载量,适当增加库尔勒香梨的负载量有助于提高叶片的光合效率。
The root growth rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration, transpiration rate, chlorophyll content, starch content and chloroplast ultrastructure of leaves of Korla fragrant pear with 10a, 20a were measured under different fruit loadings The effects of different loadings on the photosynthetic efficiency of Korla fragrant pear were comprehensively analyzed. The results showed that the leaf photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and starch content of leaves at two age were higher than those under low loading. Under the condition of high fruit load, the chloroplast number and chloroplast size were higher than the low load. Appropriately increasing the load of Korla pear increased the photosynthetic efficiency of the leaves.
