目前我国井下刮板输送机普遍采用液力偶合器为传动装置。实践表明,在启动中它能防止电动机过载并可减少链条动负荷,在多电动机传动中它又能使电机负荷均衡。因而它对保证刮板输送机正常运行具有重要作用。近年来,在我国几个煤矿(如铜川、平顶山、大同等)曾因违反操作规程(例如将喷油咀堵死),致使液力偶合器起火而造成井下重大事故。国外矿山也发生过类似的情况,因而各国都在积极进行难燃液在液力偶合器中应用的试验研究。
At present, the scraper conveyor in our country generally adopts the hydraulic coupling as the transmission device. Practice shows that it can prevent overloading of the motor and reduce the dynamic load of the chain during starting, and it can load balance the motor in the multi-motor drive. It therefore plays an important role in ensuring the normal operation of the scraper conveyor. In recent years, several coal mines in our country (such as Tongchuan, Pingdingshan, Datong, etc.) have violated the operating procedures (for example, the injection nozzle is blocked), causing the fluid coupling to cause serious downhole accidents. A similar situation has taken place in foreign mines, so all countries are actively carrying out experimental research on the application of the flame retardant liquid in the fluid coupling.
