通过企校合作模式,研制了大型客机机舱压力及气密检测设备,实现了客机机舱压力及气密检测的自动化、高精化。设备优化采用气动控制技术、计算机控制技术和流量法泄漏检测技术,满足了任务书提出的低压力、高精度压力和流量精确控制的指标要求,可完成机舱压力试验、气密性检测和升降速率模拟等功能。合理设置了多冗余的安全防护装置,可保证被试机舱的安全。设备经多架机舱的测试使用,工作安全、可靠、操作方便,提高了机舱检测的可靠性和效率,促进了大型客机总装、试验技术水平的提升。
